This 1920s tribal Persian comes from the mountains, in the northwest of the country. It’s a Heriz and this baby is in charge. If you have been looking at similar tribal rugs for a while you can see how distinct this Heriz is. The artisans went for bold and beautiful with this piece, and that’s not all...the size is also distinct. Majority of these Persians are found in larger size.
