This NW Persian runner from the mountainous region of Heriz is in exceptional shape and condition on a burnt orange ground with strong medallions throughout the field. Its wool is durable and owns the tribal art and style that has been in demand for several decades on it. This beauty will be a great runner that can handle a great deal of foot traffic and abuse. Handwoven with vegetable dyed wool circa 1930. Low pile and in excellent condition.
