It has a very weighted feel to it (with 70 pounds of luxurious wool) and folds with softness like a weighted blanket due to the soft and fluffy texture of the coarse knots that make the wool more flexible. This rug has scattered wear and changes in tone of its neutral color story.
This piece has extremely subtle motifs in the field that can barely be seen and the borders are adorned with turtle motif elements with a warm and richer tone.
