Shipping & Returns

Blue Parakeet Rugs offers free shipping across the lower 48. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take a little extra and are calculated at checkout (we're talking $50-$150, depending on your order). Orders to Canada ship for $50, and internationally for $150.

How rugs ship: I get rugs out the door right away. I usually ship your new-old treasure via UPS Ground. Because of the high value of many of my rugs, UPS will require a signature upon delivery. If you miss the first delivery attempt, don't panic...UPS will make two more attempts.

Returns: To return a purchase, contact me within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 5 days. Rug(s) must be in the same condition as received. Once I receive your return, I will deduct actual shipping costs, plus a 10% fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the e-commerce platform.

If you'd like to avoid payment processing fees, message me and I can help manage your order the old school way via ACH, wire, or check.
