This soft to the touch Persian rug sits on a deep berry ground and showcases repetitive foliage floral art throughout the field with phenomenal shades of blue, especially in the exquisite border featuring those shocks of baby blue that frame the navy blue border and rug so beautifully. The motifs in the main border represent turtles. This pretty and century old rug is inspired by nature with its botanical art and the motifs interspersed are the first we've seen and collected. This regal rug has scattered wear, has weight to it and has been woven with superior wool by the hands of women with vegetable dyed wool.
