This is a lovely Persian Lilihan from the 1930s with beautiful floral art design on a strawberry ground. Pics taken indoor and outdoor for color variance difference and for your convenience. You can see the natural and organic vegetable dyes of the rug and the all over even pile. This wool rug is in exquisite condition for its age and is very well preserved.
The width is skinny at 2'8", which you will see is hard to find. Often, like most runners in our shop, the width is larger and finding runners under 3' is not easy.
It will add a lovely touch to any space as well as fill your home with true beauty and history. As with all antique Persians, this is a super durable rug with generations to go. Rug is low pile.
