This runner is the answer to every "I have this impossible hallway" message I receive. This Persian 1920s runner has a warm brick-red-orange with floral sprays throughout the field in navy, ivory, and tan-gold, along with green, chestnut brown and more. All woven with vegetable dyed wool.
The luxurious wool pile is low, in excellent condition and denes (in a good way). The fibers are STRONG. The kind of quality where you press your hand in and feel the difference immediately. This isn't a rug that's tired. It’s also able to take on all the abuse you might give it. Throw it down a hallway, up a staircase, through a kitchen, past a door you open fifty times a day. It will not flinch.
I’ve been looking for a runner like this for a while. Glad she finally showed up.
