This is a darling antique Turkish Anatolian mat rug with about 140 years of age. It still has soft wool after all this time and is in pretty decent shape, considering! It is a perfect size to be styled in so many different places of the home...the entry way, bedroom by the bedside, the bathroom, closet, hall way or it can even be hung as wall art!
The wool is old world and dyed naturally with vegetables. It is a low pile rug and we recommend a rug pad for this little guy to stay put. It has a beautiful floral design and you can see variation in all of its organic dyes throughout the rug, which shows off its authentic character.
