This is an old village rug, hand knotted by tribal weavers of Shiraz, which happens to be home to the famous Qashqai tribe. It’s a beautiful, little tribal rug from P E R S I A with loads of soul and it’s in good shape for its age.
This is a wool on wool foundation rug woven with vegetable dyed wool.
