This is a lovely Persian Lilihan from the 1920s with beautiful floral art design. The width is skinny at 2'8", which you may know is hard to find if you’ve been hunting! Often, like most runners in our shop, the width is larger and finding runners under 3' is not easy. Now let's talk about length! We have you covered at nearly 18 feet long! This runner actually used to be longer. It was professionally reduced to this length, customized for someone who needed it for a long and narrow hallway, we are pretty sure!
It will add a lovely touch to any space as well as fill your home with true beauty and history. Please check out all the natural dye changes throughout this low pile runner. As with all antique Persians, this is a super durable rug with generations to go. Rug is low pile and in nice condition for its age. You will see the rug's wool has nice sheen, and it also has variation of natural dyes throughout.
