From one of the oldest cities in P e r s i a, this highly durable Hamadan runner has amazing structure, wool and weight that will serve forever. The colors consist of all natural dyes and has quite a charming coral ground with floral art. It has brilliance and strength, with a definite softness to its floral art.
This rug is handwoven and has its own character as the middle of the runner has a slightly wider form while the top and bottom portion is a bit more tapered. This is all natural and telling of the time and people who wove these antique pieces and adds to its story. We have plenty of pics loaded up for you to see its detail, condition and style.
Low pile and with some scattered wear.
