3’4 x 5’10 Antique Persian Ferahan rug (#1796) / 3x6 Vintage Rug

This fine antique Persian Ferahan Sarouk has timeless elegance and was likely designed for Persian aristocracy. Made of high-grade wool in the 1920s, these rarely found Ferahans have extreme gracefulness and are classical antique Persian rugs that stand tall in the upper tier of collectible rugs. They are very finely woven and respected Persian rugs. 

Low pile, worn. Handwoven with all natural, vegetable dyed wool. Please see pics for details on condition. Near middle-toward border, this rug had a small tear that has been mended and secured from the underside to keep its integrity.
