It's earthy, long and beautiful. A tribal Serab runner, made of vegetable dyed wool and non-dyed camel hair. This piece is from circa 1880 and it comes from Northwest Persia. It was woven undoubtedly with the wool of weaver’s own camel and sheep. All natural, vegetable dyes. Aged so well, in good condition with scattered wear, low pile.
