Malayer rugs are the Persians people go bananas for and there is good reason for it. These beautiful olds offer so much in decorative, hand knotted detail. From the 1920s, this sweet ol' baby sits on a rust/deep apricot ground and has lovely shades of aqua blue throughout. The motifs in the field are delicious and will represent with some awesome art history for any space it lives in.
