3'7 x 6'6 Antique 1920s rug (#1601) / 4x7 vintage Rug

With bold dyes and deep tones, this tribal piece comes from the P E R S I A N Zagros mountains and it has quite a presence. Woven by the B A K H T I A R I tribe, it owns a powerful central medallion on top of a navy blue ground and is framed well with its contrasting borders of floral design. It is low pile and timeworn, woven in the 1920s.
