4’10 x 7’7 Antique Persian Kurdish rug (#1582ML) / 5x8 vintage rug

It is soothing to take in the earthy, muddy tones on this amazing old Persian Kurdish that was woven in the late 19th Century. With its great age comes amazing character and feel. The rug has phenomenal old world wool, woven with all natural dyes and it features lovely paisleys throughout, which are symbolic for “seeds of life” and “fertility”. This beauty was also woven on a wool foundation that makes it have a superb, floppy handle. 

Worn, with scattered wear. Rug is fully intact.
