This is one of our arrivals that grabs our hearts.
This gorgeous HERIZ has a strikingly beautiful geometric design and color palette. We’re thinking RAINBOWS! Look at the amazing medallion on the top and bottom of the rug. We’ve never collected a hand woven rug with such rad colors! The central medallion is quite powerful as well, and the wool on this rug is talking to us in so many ways! This is a super playful Persian, great to make a room pop or to style in a kid’s room. Also...this size! Most Heriz are larger room size rugs, so we’re happy to have this in a not-so-biggie size!
The rug is low pile and while the color ways are bold, the dyes have aged gracefully over the last century and are rich, but calm. It also features some scattered wear (see pics), which shows off its age and character even more so.
This rug is very durable, has generations to go and can take a great deal of abuse, so let the kids and dogs play!
