Here's a pretty, show stopper. This circa 1920 Persian Heriz on a deep-watermelon ground exhibits amazing art with a geometric design and handsome, navy blue borders with turtle elements. Handwoven with vegetable dyed wool, it has scattered wear, earned through time. It is low pile and the wool is durable, with a coarse weave and with a nice, heavy handle. It will be able to take on all the abuse you or the pups may give it. The art on the rug is fun and playful and will be enjoyed thoroughly with art that is less commonly seen amongst these NW Persian rugs. The all over art is easy to style and these tribal rugs are always in demand.
