This is a classic antique 1920s Heriz from the NW mountains of the country, which happens to be the kind of Persians that have always had demand for their aesthetic appeal and wonderful tribal details. It features deep French blue borders that pop, a wonderful and powerful geometric design with tribal motifs and a prominent central medallion.
Handwoven with wool that was dyed using natural resources, such as vegetables, plants, and flowers, the color ways are a testament to the quality of the natural dyes that were used. The entire perimeter is fully bound and secure. This fantastic rug is intact and super clean. This beauty will provide character, style, and a welcoming energy to any space it resides in.
Extended at a wonderful value for age, quality and style. Low pile and handwoven with all natural, vegetable dyed wool.
