7'7 x 10'1 Antique Persian Heriz (#1610) / 8x10 vintage Rug

This antique Persian rug was hand knotted in Northwest Persia circa 1920 and it is in phenomenal condition for its age with deeply saturated natural dyes. Of course, those French blue corners are so attractive and it is surrounded by a deep toned coral and dark pistachio green. We are in love with the riot of color and this beauty will stand out with brilliance, while brining in some amazing history and decorative value.

It is low pile with luxurious wool, coarse knotting,  and it owns a sophisticated geometric design. The  bold and beautiful central medallion cannot be missed. 

Remember, it's antique so it is a vegetable dyed wool rug (it does not get any better). The wool here is ever durable and will serve for generations to come.
