8’1 x 11’9 Antique Persian Heriz (#1629) / 8x12 Vintage Rug

This is an antique 1920s Persian Heriz that sets really sets the mood! It has a geometric and angular floral-geometric design, with some amazing medallions and motifs throughout. The palette is bold and brilliant atop this mountain tribal rug, but also with the age and lightly scattered wear, it shows up calm and with gracefully aged dyes. 

The low pile rug is hand knotted with vegetable dyed wool and in good condition for its age with very durable wool that can take on a whole lot of abuse.
