This antique 1920s Persian runner has serious style. It’s got five big medallions running down the middle, each one switching between warm colors and ivory, set on a deep midnight blue background. Around each medallion, there are cool blossom-laden vines that give it a bit of flow and detail. The border is super eye-catching, with bold tribal designs on an ivory base that really stands out.
Made with vegetable dyed wool, the colors have that rich, natural look you only get from the good stuff. You’ll notice a bit of abrash too, which is the slight color shift that happens when a new batch of wool gets worked in. It’s not a flaw; it’s part of what makes the rug totally unique and a one-of-a-kind. This beauty is wide, long, and ready for a hallway or space that needs something with pizzaz. Only thing to note is a tiny nip in one corner, otherwise, it’s in amazing shape, full of luxurious and soft wool and quality that you can see and feel.
