Woven by hand from vegetable dyed wool, its cheerful yellow field is something you almost never come across. It instantly catches your eye, then keeps it there with charming columns of stylized paisleys running from end to end. It's playful, tribal, and wonderfully different.
The weave has a floppy handle we all love, making it feel every bit as authentic as it looks. It doesn't pretend to be perfect, because handwoven always has its own shape. The wear, edge losses, waviness, and honest bruises are exactly what tell the story of a rug that's been living life for well over a century. If you're looking for pristine, this isn't your rug. If you're looking for soul, this one has it by the bucketful.
