A durable ivory ground P E R S I A N from the region of Heriz, near Mt. Sabalan, the extreme NW of the country. Filled with rectilinear design, serrated leaves and edgy art, this all over pattern rug will be easy to style and enjoy. Border is on a deep, midnight blue ground. This geometric art woven rug will be able to take on all the abuse you give it and it has all naturally dyed wool that is coarse and low pile. At a great value for age and quality. Woven in the 1920s.
