This little rugged Persian packs a punch. It's a tiny antique scatter rug that can go anywhere and transform the space in a snap. Woven circa 1930 in Northwest Persia, this vintage Persian Gharajeh is full of life, boasting bold natural dyes and that classic tribal geometry you see in its big brothers...the iconic Heriz rugs. Strong rectilinear motifs run through the field each with its own size and scale, illustrating true handwoven art and showcasing village charm with every knot.
It’s stout, sturdy, and ready for wherever you place it. It'll hang well in a high-traffic spot that just needs a splash of story and soul. One end of the rug has a slightly narrower edge, the result of a century old rug that has lived a life and seen some things, but the ends are all secured, and it’s super clean and floor-ready.
Made with vegetable dyed wool and old-world skill that has stood the test of time...and will keep doing so. A custom cut rug pad will ship on the house to help give this little guy grip, too.
