Small Warm Ivory and Blue Vintage 1920s Persian Rug / 4'2 x 5'6 Rug #4313

Regular price $1,350.00

One supremely heavy Persian, and I mean heavy. It’s not just a rug, it’s a workhorse. Toss it in your busiest area, like a hallway, entryway, family room, you name it, and this thing will just serve.

It’s dense, dense weaving here, which is why it feels like a tank. The field has a Herati design (water garden pattern), rendered in really simple, easy-to-live-with color ways. The main border features a lovely floral chain, and if you look closely at the edge guards, you might just spot what looks like mountain motifs.

This is a true antique, a 1920s beauty made with vegetable dyed wool. Now, in the spirit of total honesty (and since you can see it in the pics), it does have one old, stubborn stain right in the field. Think of it as a character mark, and part of it’s life story

It’s already been professionally washed and is 100% floor ready. You don’t have to do a thing but roll it out and put it to work.
